The Development Division at BlueLine is headed by competent Application Project Managers with many years of experience with Fortune 100 Companies. Raza Khan, MBA- Co-founder and CEO

Raza Khan, an experienced information technology entrepreneur, has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. In addition to information technology, he has hands on experience in many other business areas, including management, distribution, marketing, and brands licensing. He carries extensive experience in brands management.

Before launching and successfully executing his own company, Raza worked at several reputable organizations, including Nationwide Financial, a Fortune 100 company. While working at Nationwide Financial, he was promoted several times, first starting as a programmer and then leading to a systems project manager. At the company, Raza handled numerous high profile projects and received many awards and recognitions for automating important systems & business processes. Raza was considered a strong bridge between the IT and business world while working at Nationwide.

Raza, who is considered an expert in the IT and business fields, has strong leadership and management skills. About eight years ago, he successfully launched BlueLine International, LLC. He is the co-founder and managing director of BlueLine. Additionally, he sits on a few other companies’ boards.

Raza, a father of two who loves spending time with his family, takes special interest in social activities. Perhaps his most rewarding project has been making BlueLine strong – not only as a successful company, but as support for different charitable organizations, including the American Red Cross, Children’s Hospital, and the BlueLine foundation.

Raza holds an MBA from the Fisher College of Business with a concentration in Business Strategies and Marketing. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in management information systems from Ohio State University, where he was awarded multiple scholarships. He also earned another Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting with honors.

Today, Raza is member of many prestigious business and academic organizations including his favorite OSU and Fisher College of Business alumni associations.

Tareq Bhuiyan, MBA-Co-founder and CIO

Tareq Rafi Bhuiyan (Jun) has more than twelve years of experience in various aspects within the Information Technology industry.

Tareq has worked in a Fortune 100 company in the USA called Nationwide Insurance for seven years as a Project manager. At Nationwide, he was promoted three times and won numerous awards for his outstanding performance. He worked on various information technology consulting such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software projects and web based applications.

Currently he is the Managing Director of BlueLine International LLC. BlueLine International LLC is a successful IT consulting and software development business with offices in New Jersey, Ohio and Dhaka Bangladesh. Currently he is looking after the development center of BlueLine International LLC.

He is active in various social activities and currently he is vice President of US Bangladesh Technology Association. He also runs BlueLine’s foundation that helps meritorious poor students with scholarships.

Tareq graduated with the highest honor of Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University, USA majoring in Information Systems and got his MBA from Fisher College of Business of The Ohio State University, USA. His concentration in MBA was business strategy and marketing

Myke Taylor, MBA-Director, eBusiness Solutions-

Myke Taylor has over 11 years of experience in the IT world working with companies in the client-server, telecommunications, health information technology, and software solutions industries. He has also run his own successful web business prior to joining BlueLine. The combination of industry experience and entrepreneurial know-how, allows Myke to look at solutions through the clients perspective.Myke’s goal is to find solid, cost effective solutions that increase efficiency and revenue for his clients while simultaneously growing BlueLine’s range and breadth of services.

Myke received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Northern Ohio and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. In his spare time Myke enjoys reading, traveling, and playing PC games.

Brent Herb- Senior Project Manager

Brent Herb joined BlueLine International LLC in 2006. He has his BA Degree from Bowling Green State University majoring in Interpersonal Communications and Management Information Systems. Brent has more then 10 years experience in various fields within the Information Technology industry. Brent is currently involved in the process to obtain his PMP certification.

Brent has delivered 100+ projects as a Project Manager for all levels of companies including Fortune 1000 companies. Through his tenure at BlueLine International he has been promoted to Senior Project Manager and head of the Project Management Department. BlueLine International LLC is a successful IT consulting and software development business with offices in New Jersey, Ohio and Dhaka Bangladesh

He is active in the community and within multiple recreational sporting teams.

Rachel Doane-Relationship Manager

Rachel joined BlueLine in 2009 and wears many hats within the organization. She is involved primarily in quality assurance and customer relations. Among her many tasks, she also attends all of the daily project management meetings and assists in the sales process of BlueLine.

Rachel is always striving to make sure BlueLine's clients are satisfied customers and is very dedicated to helping them.

Rachel received her BS in Business Administration from Franklin University. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and thinking up creative recipes.
